The poolside view was lovely, and the room was super clean, with a cozy bed, made relaxing easy. And our three dogs with us. Don't miss the nearby Water Puppet Theatre, just a short drive away.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities around the hotel.

Liked having varied breakfast.
Also, location was picturesque, just a short stroll away from a freshwater lake. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with vegetarian dishes. Our rooms were tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable, the view was picturesque. The food in the club was good.

lovely sunrise over the lake
Waking up to the serene views of West Lake was magical. The staff astonished me with their warmth and attention. I particularly enjoyed the well-curated breakfast with a variety of local dishes every morning. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room allowed for a comforting retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city.
While my overall experience was wonderful, I did find the access to the hotel a bit cumbersome during my arrival. The lower entrance was unexpectedly closed, leading me through some narrow streets to reach the main entrance. This slight hiccup was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

It was just a suitable option for a date night in Hanoi with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were friendly, which really made the stay nice. Make sure to check out the views from the upper floors. They're definitely worth it.

An Lovely Family Getaway
We had a amazing 2-night stay with attentive staff making every moment special. The breakfasts were beyond delicious, especially the made-to-order Pho. Our spacious room featured fine views of West Lake. Just be prepared for a slightly tedious drive if the lower entrance is closed!
